VariSurvey is available in multiple pricing formats – Subscription basis as well as Survey Management basis.

Under Subscription Plans VariSurvey does not charge on Survey basis. If you are a student or academician for conducting surveys, you can register Basic Subscription Plan for free. However, if you need to conduct frequent surveys then Standard Subscription Plan may be suitable.

Survey Management pricing is applicable as Custom Survey Management Plan when VariSurvey Team will be conducting the survey customised to your needs and applicable as Self-Survey Management Plan when the customer conducts the Survey themselves.
Under VariSurvey Subscription Pricing you can conduct multiple surveys. Standard Subscription Plan is on a monthly charge basis.
Custom Survey Management pricing is on per Survey basis and on basis of number of responses sought in the survey. Customer only pays for the acceptable responses under the Survey.
Self-Survey Management pricing is on per Survey basis and on basis of number of responses sought in the survey. Customer only pays for the acceptable responses under the Survey.

Yes, you can upgrade from Basic Subscription to Standard Subscription. Pricing Plans under Custom Survey or Self-Survey Management do not require upgradation.
Yes, VariSurvey offers discount to students, academic institutions, NGOs and non-profits. We request you to contact us for pricing. If you want to conduct a survey for sample size more than 20,000 then we can offer it at a discounted price.
Unfortunately, there are no refund or cancellation policy in place.
VariSurvey provides payment via RazorPay - where you may make payment via Credit Card, Debit Card or through Bank Transfer.
